| Boulder Contracting and its Management highly value all of its resources, particularly our employees. Commitment to limiting injury, down time, and property damage is of utmost priority. In fulfilling this commitment to protect both people and property, management endeavors to provide and maintain a safe healthy work environment. Elimination of foreseeable hazards which may result in: property damage, accidents, or personal injury will be accomplished through adherence to industry standards and compliance with legislative requirements. All employees are expected and encouraged to participate fully in accident prevention whether on site or travelling. Safe work practices and procedures will be clearly defined and readily available in the Company Safety Manual. Accidental loss can be controlled through proactive identification of hazards, active employee involvement, and good management. Managers, supervisors, and employees each have a share in creating a safe work place and each is required to contribute. It is management’s mandate to comply with all company safety requirements as they relate to planning, operation, and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
